This month’s artist spotlight is on @ShibSoldier (Twitter handle).

1. How and when did you get into the creative arts?

Creative Arts is something I’ve always enjoyed since I was little. It was my grandmother who originally encouraged me to pursue more artistic expressions and outlets, something I’m very grateful for. Part of it was also because I came from a low income family and arts and crafts were a relatively low cost, high reward form of entertainment for kids.

2. Why are you passionate about the crypto scene?

I’m passionate about crypto, now more than ever, because I have learned how to do my own research, study different tokens and projects and really differentiate which ones bring true value. Crypto is a great equalizer and form of wealth redistribution for the savvy and the patient. Because of the research I’ve done and the tools I’ve gained, I believe crypto will be a path toward that financial freedom we all seek; reducing stress, hours spent working in jobs and careers that over promise and underpay, and actually get to spend my time with what matters most to me: my family.

3. What made you notice NFTs?

NFTs come right back to arts and crafts, right? It’s a new and exciting form of digital creative expression. I get to unleash my creativity and express myself through art, but I also get to do it in a hot market where that art is well received and paid for. The money ties back in to your previous question, I’m doing something I love, and it helps generate that passive income that leads to me being able to focus more time on my family.

4. How do you balance being a parent with completing your works?

Work, hobbies, and family are always a hard balance to juggle, because all three of them shift and flex and have different needs and priorities at different times. What I always keep in mind is that no matter how much I’m doing, or juggling, or trying to accomplish, my family comes first. I always prioritize them. It’s no secret though that work and crypto take up a big part of the rest of my day and time and focus. The job keeps the lights on, while the crypto is going to help lead me to spending less time on said job, and more time with the family.

5. What are your thoughts on climate change?

I think climate change is a VERY real issue, and not one that we can ignore or pretend doesn’t exist. It’s one of those areas I believe we should all be educating ourselves and doing our part to help reverse it, because if we don’t work together soon on it, we may reach a place we can’t recover from.

6. Where can our readers and patrons learn more about you? You can find me on Twitter @ShibSoldier or on Facebook just look up Eathan Link
